I would come back to this resort just because of Ramon! The other staff at the resort was great Ganador well! If anyone from management is reading this review, I want to make it clear that Ramon is one of the most hardworking people I have ever met, really cares about the guests and deserves a huge raise. I will be back to this resort because of Ramon, he left us with such a great experience.

We had a couple's trip at the hard rock Punta Cana, it was tons of fun, and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were good for the price. The food was very average, but we had great pool food at the Eden pool (fried shrimp was one of the best things we ate). The entertainment was fun/engaging and made the experience so much more enjoyable. I wanted to Highlight one of the staff that works at the main pool. His name is Ramon, and he was the nicest man and provided the best service I have ever had in my whole life.
Island is beautiful. Fantastic place. Would get 5 stars but the best snorkeling was in a place where lots of boats come to drop people of. We'll worth a visit.

Descanso Todo excelente ,solo una pega ...cuando vamos de excursión a 7 de la mañana ponen un desayuno frío eso lo deberían controlar yo fui a 6,50 y no había pero ausencia y ese día no desayune incluso desayuno Clan q no iba a dicha excursión, lo dicho todo de 10 menos esos desayunos q no había nulo de cero ni un vaso para echarse un triste zumo
